PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tsunami experience museum that allows a mild quasi-tsunami to be experienced for learning fearfulness of the tsunami, and obtaining prior knowledge about how to deal with the tsunami at a tsunami-affected time.SOLUTION: Even with a mild quasi-tsunami experience, when experiencing a mild quasi-tsunami and making difficulty in evacuating learn, the quasi-tsunami experience could lead to a large-scaled device and accompany large risks. Thus, for avoiding risks such as being hit with mental and physical shock, falling down and bone fracture, the quasi-tsunami experience is configured to: devise a method for making the quasi-tsunami safely experience; specifically, with regard to the mental shock, determine contents to be experienced (whether the quasi-tsunami experience uses an actual model, or only video learning, or is limited to picture learning) through checking by medical doctors or persons having the same knowledge as the doctor; accurately operate the devised method on the basis of the determination; for securing safety of subjects, set up two or more guard fences; and make auxiliary tools such as a harness to be provided from above facilities and the like available for the evacuation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】津波の怖ろしさを学習し、被災時の対応についての予備知識を得るために、軽度の疑似津波を体験させる津波体験博物館を提供する。【解決手段】軽度の疑似津波体験であっても、それを体験し避難の難しさを学ばせようとすると、大規模な装置となり大きな危険が伴うので、精神的、肉体的なショックを受けたり、転倒したり、骨折したりする危険を避けるために、安全に疑似体験させる工夫を行う。特に精神的なショックに対しては、医師もしくは同等の知見を持つ者のチェックを経て、体験する内容(実モデルを使った疑似津波の体験か、ビデオ学習に止めるか、写真学習に限定するか)を決めて、その決定に基づき、的確に運用する。又、被験者の安全を守るために、防護柵を2重以上に設ける。更には、設備上部から提供されるハーネス等の補助器具も避難用に利用できるようにする。【選択図】図1
