CRIMP PAD
To provide a crimp pad for a waterproof sheet, which is capable of performing pushing operation with an appropriate pressing force and an appropriate pressing time for obtaining certainty of adhesion between a sheet fixing tool and a waterproof sheet.SOLUTION: The crimp pad comprises an operating portion 40 pushed by an operator, and a pressing portion 3 supported by the operating portion 40 in a movable state over an initial position and a pressing completion position. The crimp pad also comprises urging means 14 provided across the operating portion 40 and the pressing portion 3 to urge the pressing portion 3 to the initial position and transmit the pressing force of the operating portion 40 to the pressing portion 3. The crimp pad also comprises delay means 11, 18, 27 for giving a load to the linear movement of the pressing portion 3 from the initial position to the pressing completion position as the operating portion 40 is pushed to lengthen the time until the pressing portion 3 moves from the initial position to the pressing completion position by a predetermined time or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】防水シート用の圧着パッドにおいて、シート固定具と防水シートとの接着の確実性が得られる適正な押圧力及び適正な押圧時間で、押し操作できるようにする。【解決手段】作業者により押し操作される操作部４０と、初期位置と押圧完了位置とに亘って移動自在な状態で操作部４０に支持された押圧部３とを備える。操作部４０と押圧部３とに亘って設けられ、押圧部３を初期位置に付勢すると共に操作部４０の押圧力を押圧部３に伝達する付勢手段１４を備える。操作部４０が押し操作されるのに伴って、押圧部３の初期位置から押圧完了位置までの直線移動に負荷を付与して、押圧部３が初期位置から押圧完了位置に移動するまでの時間を所定時間以上に長くする遅延手段１１，１８，２７を備える。【選択図】図１
