PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide simple and light-weight means for preventing a panel from dropping when carrying the panel by holding the panel with suction pads using vacuum chuck.SOLUTION: When suction pads 23 to hold the panel 1 are in a non-operation status, a belt 3 made of material that can prevent a panel 1 from dropping through catching the panel with friction force generated on a surface of the panel 1 is wrapped around from a body part 27 of a panel lifter 2 to the panel 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】パネルを真空チャック式の吸着パッドに保持して運搬するにあたり、簡素で軽量なパネル落下防止のための手段を提供する。【解決手段】パネル１を吸着保持する吸着パッド２３が非作動の状態において、パネル１の表面に対して生じる摩擦力でパネル１が引っ掛かって落下を防止することを可能とする材質からなるベルト３を、パネルリフター２の本体部２７からパネル１にわたって巻き付ける。【選択図】図３
