PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement milk having low viscosity, which easily penetrates into an open-graded asphalt mixture being a parent body for semiflexible paving material, and having a longer setting start time, while using salt water containing chloride ions, such as sea water used as kneading water.SOLUTION: There is provided a cement milk comprising: cement; a mortar composition including a fast curing admixture and fine aggregate; and salt water of an amount within a range of 20 pts.mass or more and 50 pts.mass or less with respect to 100 pts.mass of the mortar composition. The cement milk also comprises: chloride ions in a range of 1 pts.mass or more and 4 pts.mass or less in the salt water; and a setting modifier of an amount within a range of 0.1 pts.mass or more and 0.7 pts.mass or less with respect to 100 pts.mass of the mortar composition.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】練混ぜ水として海水などの塩化物イオンを含む塩水を用いながらも、粘度が低く、半たわみ性舗装材の母体となる開粒度アスファルト混合物に浸透させやすく、さらに凝結開始時間が長いセメントミルクを提供する。【解決手段】セメントと速硬性混和材と細骨材を含むモルタル組成物と、前記モルタル組成物１００質量部に対して２０質量部以上５０質量部以下の範囲の量の塩水とを含むセメントミルクであって、前記塩水が、塩化物イオンを１質量％以上４質量％以下の範囲で含み、かつ前記モルタル組成物１００質量部に対して０．１質量部以上０．７質量部以下の範囲の量の凝結調整剤を含有するセメントミルク。【選択図】なし
