ESTABLISHMENT OF EMBANKMENT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify work of fixing an upper block on a lower block when an embankment is established by piling precast concrete blocks in multisteps as permanent forms.SOLUTION: In a block, a screw hole for a bolt is opened on each of upper and lower ends of a rear surface. In a connection plate, a bolt hole penetrates through in a front and rear direction in each of upper and lower ends. In a lower block 11, a lower end with a bolt hole 23 of a connection plate 21 is fixed to an upper end with a screw hole 8 on the rear surface by a bolt 52 and an upper end of the connection plate is projected above the upper surface from the rear surface. An upper block 1 is placed on the upper surface of the lower block and a lower end with a screw hole 9 on the rear surface is fixed to the upper end with a bolt hole 22 of the connection plate on the lower stage that projects above the lower block, by a bolt 53. By bolt fastening work, the upper block is connected with and fixed to the lower block.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
【課題】 プレキャストコンクリートのブロックを残存型枠として多段に積み上げて堤防を構築するに当たり、上段のブロックを下段のブロックに固定する作業を簡単にする。【解決手段】 ブロックは裏面の上端部と下端部にそれぞれボルト用のネジ穴を開口する。連結板は上端部と下端部にそれぞれボルト孔を前後方向に貫通する。下段のブロック１１は、裏面のネジ穴８付き上端部に連結板２１のボルト孔２３付き下端部をボルト５２で固定し、裏面側から上面の上に連結板の上端部を突き出す。上段のブロック１は、下段のブロックの上面に載せ、裏面のネジ穴９付き下端部を下段のブロック上に突き出した下段の連結板のボルト孔２２付き上端部にボルト５３で固定する。ボルト締め作業によって上段のブロックを下段のブロックに連結して固定する。【選択図】 図１３
