PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traction-type column elevator type parking device that is capable of reducing shocks during deceleration or a stop of a counter weight and installing an intermediate door and a back door to an intermediate part or an upper part.SOLUTION: This traction-type column elevator type parking device is provided with: a counter weight 16 that is suspended from a suspension rope 14 and vertically liftable; a lifting distance reducing device 22 that reduces the lifting distance of the counter weight 16 to half that of a cage; and a damper gear 24 that reduces a shock load applied on the suspension rope 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】カウンタウェイトの減速、停止時の衝撃を軽減することができ、かつ中間扉及び背面扉を中間部又は上部にも設置することができるトラクション方式の縦列型エレベータ式駐車装置を提供する。【解決手段】吊ロープ１４に吊下げられて上下に昇降可能なカウンタウェイト１６と、ケージの昇降距離に対しカウンタウェイト１６の昇降距離を半分以下に低減する昇降距離低減装置２２と、吊ロープ１４に作用する衝撃荷重を軽減するダンパ装置２４と、を備える。【選択図】図３
