MECHANICAL PARKING DEVICE REPLACING METHOD AND REPLACING TYPE MECHANICAL PARKING DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanical parking device replacing method and a replacing type mechanical parking device, which enable an existing vertical circulation type mechanical parking device to be relatively easily renewed as a new mechanical parking device without extensive structure modification.SOLUTION: A new cradle 6, which is supported by a drive part receiving parts at the same position as an existing drive part receiving part that suspends the main components in an existing vertical circulation type mechanical parking device and has a central space part formed at a central part, is disposed and lifting guide rails and suspending columns, whose upper ends are fixed to the new cradle 6, are provided to be a suspending structure so that the load is received by the drive part receiving part. Mechanical parking device comprises: multiple parking space formation device, which is fixed to the lifting guide rails and the suspending columns and forms multiple parking spaces in lifting direction; a lifting device, which can move up and down along the lifting guide rails and pass through the central space part of the new cradle 6 in lifting direction; and a delivery and receipt device, which delivers and receives parking vehicles between the lifting device and the parking storage space formation device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】従来の垂直循環式機械駐車装置を大掛かりな構造変更を行わず、比較的容易に新たな機械駐車装置として更新できるようにした機械駐車装置リプレース方法およびリプレース型機械駐車装置を提供する。【解決手段】既存の垂直循環式機械駐車装置で主要な構成要素を吊り下げていた既存の駆動部受部と同じ位置の駆動部受部に支持されると共に、中央部に中央空間部を形成された新設架台６を設け、新設架台６に上端部を固定された各昇降ガイドレールおよび各吊柱を設けて駆動部受部で荷重を受けるように吊り構造とし、各昇降ガイドレールおよび各吊柱に固定されて昇降方向に複数段の駐車格納スペースを形成する複数段の駐車格納スペース形成装置と、各昇降ガイドレールに沿って昇降移動すると共に、新設架台６の中央空間部を昇降方向に通過して移動可能な昇降リフト装置と、駐車車両を昇降リフトと駐車格納スペース形成装置間で受け渡しする装置とを構成した。【選択図】図６
