METHOD OF CONSTRUCTING FOUNDATION SLAB
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of constructing a foundation slab which makes it possible to further reduce the number of on-site man-hours and to drastically improve construction efficiency and economic efficiency.SOLUTION: A part of a lower layer bar 2 and/or an upper layer bar and a reinforcing bar receiving trestle 3 are assembled to form a reinforcing bar module 6 at a yard provided separately from the application site. After arranging the lower layer bar 2 of the site construction other than the reinforcing bar module 6, the reinforcing bar module 6 is conveyed from the yard and placed on the site constructed lower layer bar 2. The site constructed upper layer bar other than the reinforcing bar module 6 is arranged while being supported by the reinforcing bar receiving trestle 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】現地工数のさらなる低減を図り、施工性、経済性を大幅に向上させることを可能にする基礎スラブの施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】下層筋２及び／又は上層筋の一部と鉄筋受架台３とを、施工箇所とは別に設けたヤードで地組みして鉄筋モジュール６としておき、鉄筋モジュール６以外の現地施工の下層筋２を配筋した後、鉄筋モジュール６をヤードから搬送して現地施工の下層筋２の上に配置し、鉄筋モジュール６以外の現地施工の上層筋を鉄筋受架台３に支持させつつ配筋するようにした。【選択図】図４
