PLANAR HEATER AND SNOW MELTING SYSTEM USING PLANAR HEATER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planar heater which can simplify construction work and reduce construction cost and to provide a snow melting system using the planar heater.SOLUTION: A snow melting system 26 comprises a string shaped planar heater 10; a conduct tube 28 in which the planar heater 10 is inserted; an electric wire 22 connected to the planar hater 10; and a control panel 30 connected to the electric wire 22 of the planar heater 10. A relay box 34 which comprises a conduct tube connector 32 for connecting the electric wire 22 is arranged between the electric wire 22 of the planar heater 10 and the control panel 30; the planar heater 10 is inserted into the conduct tube 28 to embed or arrange the same in a place to melt snow; and the electric wire 22 of the planar heater 10 is guided to the relay box 34 through the conduct tube connector 32, to arrange electric wire to melt snow. With this snow melting system, the construction work can be simplified and construction cost can be reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】施工の簡素化及び施工コスト削減を可能にする面状ヒーターと面状ヒーターを用いた融雪システムを提供する。【解決手段】融雪システム２６は、紐状の面状ヒーター１０と、面状ヒーター１０を挿入する導管２８と、面状ヒーター１０に接続される電線２２と、面状ヒーター１０の電線２２に接続する制御盤３０と備え、面状ヒーター１０の電線２２と制御盤３０との間に電線２２を接続する導管コネクタ部３２を備える中継ボックス３４を設け、導管２８に面状ヒーター１０を挿入して融雪場所に埋設しまたは融雪場所に設置し、面状ヒーター１０の電線２２を導管コネクタ部３２を通じて中継ボックス３４に導き融雪のための配線を行うものである。融雪システムにより、施工の簡素化及び施工コスト削減を図ることができる。【選択図】図３
