CONCRETE PILE WITH OUTER SHELL STEEL PIPE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete pile with an outer shell steel pipe which can improve deformation performance and can be easily manufactured.SOLUTION: A cylindrical steel pipe portion 3 is provided outside a pile main body portion 2 formed of concrete. End face steel plates 4 are provided at both end portions in an axial direction of the pile main body portion 2 and the steel pipe portion 3. Moreover, a reinforcement cage 5 is provided inside the pile main body portion 2. The end face steel plate 4 includes a holding member 11 protruding to the pile main body portion 2 side. The reinforcement cage 5 includes: a first steel bar 13 and a second steel bar 14 arranged along an axial direction of the pile main body portion 2; and a third steel bar 15 crossing and being fixed to the first steel bar 13 and the second steel bar 14. As to the reinforcement cage 5, both end portions of the first steel bar 13 are held by the holding member 11, and the second steel bar 14 is not held by the holding member 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】変形性能を向上でき、製造しやすい外殻鋼管コンクリート杭を提供する。【解決手段】コンクリートで成形された杭本体部2の外側に筒状の鋼管部3を設ける。また、杭本体部2および鋼管部3の軸方向の両端部に端面鋼板4を設ける。さらに、杭本体部2の内部に鉄筋籠5を設ける。端面鋼板4は、杭本体部2側に突出する保持部材11を有する。鉄筋籠5は、杭本体部2の軸方向に沿って配設された第1の鉄筋13および第2の鉄筋14と、これら第1の鉄筋13および第2の鉄筋14と交差して固定された第3の鉄筋15とを有する。また、鉄筋籠5は、第1の鉄筋13の両端部が保持部材11に保持され、第2の鉄筋14が保持部材11に保持されていない。【選択図】図2
