PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insert for scaffold construction which can be attached to a component panel by an easy operation, and can effectively use a material by repeatedly using the component panel.SOLUTION: An insert fixes a fixed member such as a scaffold to a concrete structure. The insert for scaffold construction is constituted of: a cylindrical ceramic sleeve (1); a ceramic insert main body portion (3) having a female screw part (2) at an inner face which is attached to one end part of the sleeve (1); and a cap member (4) which can be attached to the other end opening part of the sleeve (1). The cap member (4) is constituted of a flat plate part (9) which abuts on a concrete contact face (8) of a compote panel (P); a pressure-insertion cylinder body (10) which protrudes from one face of the flat plate part (9), and is pressure-fit to an internal periphery of the sleeve (1); and a screw insertion cylinder body (11) located inside the pressure-insertion cylinder body (10).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 簡単な操作でコンパネに装着することができ、かつ、コンパネを繰り返し使用して資材の有効利用が図れる足場構築用インサートを提供する。【解決手段】コンクリート構造物に足場等の被固定部材を固定するためのインサートである。この足場構築用インサートは筒状のセラミック製のスリーブ(１)と、このスリーブ(１)の一端部に装着された内面に雌ねじ部(２)を有するセラミック製のインサート本体部分(３)と、前記スリーブ(１)の他端開口部に装着可能なキャップ部材(４)とで構成してある。キャップ部材(４)は、コンポーネントパネル(Ｐ)のコンクリート接触面(８)に当接する平板部(９)と、その平板部(９)の一面から突出してスリーブ(１)の内周に圧嵌される圧入筒体(10)と、この圧入筒体(10)の内側に位置するビス挿通筒体(11)とで構成されている。【選択図】 図１
