INSERT HOLDING STRUCTURE FOR SCAFFOLD CONSTRUCTION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insert holding structure for scaffold construction which can be attached to a component panel by an easy operation, and can effectively use a material by repeatedly using the component panel.SOLUTION: An insert holding structure installs a fixed member such as a scaffold to a concrete structure. An insert is constituted of: a cylindrical ceramic sleeve (1); a ceramic insert main body portion (3) having a female screw part (2) at an inner face which is attached to one end part of the sleeve (1); and a cap member (4) which can be attached to the other end opening part of the sleeve (1). The cap member (4) of the insert is screw-fixed to a side face at a side opposite to a concrete contact face (8) in a prescribed position at the concrete contact face (8) of a component panel (P), and the insert is held at a prescribed point of the component panel (P) by pressure-inserting and fixing the sleeve (1) integrated with the insert main body portion (3) to the cap (4) which is fixed to the component panel (P).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】簡単な操作でコンパネに装着することができ、かつ、コンパネを繰り返し使用して資材の有効利用が図れる足場構築用インサート保持構造を提供する。【解決手段】コンクリート構造物に足場等の被固定部材を設置するためのインサート保持構造である。筒状のセラミック製のスリーブ(１)と、このスリーブ(１)の一端部に装着固定された内面に雌ねじ部(２)を有するセラミック製のインサート本体部分(３)と、前記スリーブ(１)の他端開口部に装着可能なキャップ部材(４)とでインサートを構成し、コンパネ(Ｐ)のコンクリート接触面(８)での所定位置に、インサートのキャップ部材(４)をコンクリート接触面(８) とは反対側の側面にビス止め固定し、インサート本体部分(３)と一体化しているスリーブ(１)をコンパネ(Ｐ)に固定されているキャップ(４)に圧嵌固定することで、インサートをコンパネ(Ｐ)の所定個所に保持する。【選択図】 図２
