PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a front loader attaching/detaching structure, front loader, and operation vehicle, capable of making it easy to perform attaching/detaching work to/from a vehicle body.SOLUTION: A front loader attaching/detaching structure comprises: a thumb 230 that is supported on a sub frame 210 for supporting a boom 300 so as to be movable between an engagement position at which the thumb engages with a main frame 100 provided on a vehicle body 1 and a release position at which engagement with the main frame 100 is released and is energized in a release direction from the engagement position to the release position; and a lock bar 240 supported on the sub frame 210 so as to be movable between a restriction position at which the thumb 230's movement from the engagement position to the release position is restricted and a restriction release position at which the thumb 230's movement to the release position is permitted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
