PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a front loader attaching/detaching structure, front loader, and operation vehicle, capable of making it easy to perform attaching/detaching work to/from a vehicle body.SOLUTION: A front loader attaching/detaching structure comprises: a main frame side pin 131 provided on a main frame 100 provided on a vehicle body 1; a sub frame side pin 211 provided on a sub frame 210 that can be attached/detached to/from the main frame 100 and supports a boom 300; a sub frame side hook 222 provided on the sub frame 210, the sub frame side hook holding the main frame side pin 131; a main frame side hook 132 provided on the main frame 100, the main frame side hook holding the sub frame side pin 211; a sub frame side guide surface 221 for guiding the main frame side pin 131 to the sub frame side hook 222 at the time of mounting the sub frame 210; and a main frame side guide surface 133 for guiding the sub frame side pin 211 to the main frame side hook 132 at the time of the mounting.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
