SLIDE BASE ISOLATION DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide base isolation device capable of realizing high durability and further low friction.SOLUTION: A slide base isolation device 10 comprises; an upper shoe 1 and a lower shoe 2 respectively including a slide surface 1c, 2c having a curvature; and a columnar steel slide body 3 provided between the upper shoe 1 and the lower shoe 2, and including an upper surface 3a and a lower surface 3b respectively contacting with the shoes 1, 2 and having a curvature. To the upper surface 3a and lower surface 3b of the slide body 3, a double fabric layer 5 is attached through an adhesion layer 4. The double fabric layer 5 comprises PTFE fibers 5a, 5b and fibers 5c, 5d having tensile strength stronger than the PTFE fibers 5a, 5b. The PTFE fibers 5a, 5b are positioned on the slide surfaces 1c, 2c side of the upper shoe 1 and lower shoe 2. On a surface of the double fabric layer 5, a fluorine coat layer 6 is provided. On a surface of the fluorine coat layer 6, a lubricant layer 7 is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】高耐久でより一層の低摩擦性を実現することのできる滑り免震装置を提供すること。【解決手段】曲率を有する摺動面1c,2cを備えた上沓1および下沓2と、上沓1と下沓2の間で、それぞれの沓1,2と接して曲率を有する上面3aおよび下面3bを備えた柱状で鋼製の摺動体3と、から構成され、摺動体3の上面3aと下面3bには接着層4を介して二重織物層5が取り付けられ、二重織物層5はPTFE繊維5a,5bとPTFE繊維5a,5bよりも引張強度の高い繊維5c,5dからなり、PTFE繊維5a,5bが上沓1および下沓2の摺動面1c,2c側に位置している滑り免震装置10であって、二重織物層5の表面にフッ素コート層6があり、フッ素コート層6の表面に潤滑油層7がある。【選択図】図1
