CHUCKING MECHANISM OF PILE PULLER AND PILE PULLING METHOD
To provide a chucking mechanism of pile puller capable of pulling out even heavy existing piles.SOLUTION: The present invention includes a cylindrical casing 3 (3N) having an outer cylindrical portion 4 concentrically disposed, an upper pawl 1 having one end portion pivotally supported by an upper pawl fixing shaft at a lower end portion of an outer peripheral wall portion of the outer cylindrical portion, a lower pawl 2 having one end pivotally supported by a lower pawl fixing shaft on the outer peripheral wall portion of the casing below the outer cylindrical portion, movable shafts 7a, 7b pivotally supporting the other end of the upper pawl 1 and the other end of the lower pawl 2, a hydraulic cylinder 8 for moving the outer cylindrical portion along the casing, and a stopper 9 for preventing the upper pawl 1 and the lower pawl 2 from rising outward more than specified. By extending the hydraulic cylinder, the outer cylindrical portion moves in a direction of a distal end of the casing, and the upper pawl 1 and the lower pawl 2 stand up on a side of a center of a cross section of the casing. By compressing the hydraulic cylinder, the outer cylindrical portion moves in a direction opposite to the direction of the distal end of the casing, and the upper pawl 1 and the lower pawl 2 fall down to an inner peripheral wall side of the casing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】重い既設杭でも引抜き可能とすることを提供する。【解決手段】外側円筒部4を同芯に設けた円筒状のケーシング3(3N)と、外側円筒部の外周壁下端部に一方の端部が上爪固定軸により軸支された上爪1と、外側円筒部より下方のケーシングの外周壁部に一方の端部が下爪固定軸により軸支された下爪2と、上爪1の他方の端部と下爪2の他方の端部とを軸支する可動軸7a、7bと、外側円筒部をケーシングに沿って移動させる油圧シリンダ8と、上爪1及び下爪2が規定以上に外側へ起立することを防止するストッパ9と、を備え、油圧シリンダを伸長させることにより外側円筒部がケーシング先端方向に移動して上爪1及び下爪2がケーシングの断面中心側に起立するとともに、油圧シリンダを圧縮させることにより外側円筒部がケーシング先端方向と逆方向に移動して上爪1及び下爪2がケーシングの内周壁側に倒伏するようにした。【選択図】図2
