To provide a construction method of a concrete filled steel pipe member which keeps a concrete temperature equal to or more than a control predetermined temperature during and five days after filling concrete without arrangement of large-scale thermal insulation even when constructing the concrete filled steel pipe member in a cold season.SOLUTION: A steel pipe member 21 for filling concrete is a steel pipe member 21 provided with a column-beam joint portion 24 to which a steel beam 31 is connected, in which concrete 22 is filled, wherein an air duct 30 covering a steel pipe member 21 is arranged at a lower portion of the column-beam joint portion 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
