To provide a shading device capable of improving decorativeness by means of shape of shading members.SOLUTION: The shading device comprises: plural screens 12; two weight bars 13R and 13 L each independently positioned below the screens 12; and a pair of lifting cords 14R and 14 L for lifting the respective weight bars 13R and 13 L at only one end part in both end portion of the weight bars 13R and 13 L in a longitudinal direction. Each of the lifting cords 14R and 14 L is given to the weight bar 13R and 13 L respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
