BATHROOM UNIT
To provide a bathroom unit capable of suppressing damages of piping even when arranging piping in the vicinity of the rear face of a bathroom wall.SOLUTION: A bathroom unit installed inside a building skeleton includes: a bathroom wall which has a front face facing a bathroom space side, and a rear face opposed to a lateral wall of the building skeleton, and in which piping for water supply or hot water supply can be arranged in a space between the lateral wall of the building skeleton, and the rear face; a water faucet device mounted on the front face of the bathroom wall and communicated with the piping; and a protective member installed between the bathroom wall and the piping. The bathroom unit is such that: resistance to a drill of the protective member is higher than resistance to a drill of the bathroom wall; and the protective member suppresses interference of the drill inserted from the front face of the bathroom wall into the piping to the piping.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】配管を浴室壁の裏面の近傍に配置した場合にも、配管の損傷を抑制可能な浴室ユニットを提供する。【解決手段】建築躯体の内部に設置される浴室ユニットであって、浴室空間側を向く表面と、前記建築躯体の側壁と対向する裏面と、を有し、前記建築躯体の前記側壁と前記裏面との間の空間に、給水又は給湯を行うための配管を配置可能とする浴室壁と、前記浴室壁の前記表面に取り付けられ、前記配管と連通する水栓装置と、前記浴室壁と前記配管との間に設けられる保護部材と、を備え、前記保護部材のドリルに対する耐性は、前記浴室壁のドリルに対する耐性よりも高く、前記保護部材は、前記浴室壁の前記表面から前記配管に向かって挿入されたドリルの前記配管への干渉を抑制することを特徴とする浴室ユニットである。【選択図】図１
