To provide a rainwater draining device capable of efficiently draining rainwater by effectively generating a siphon phenomenon in a water pipe and eliminating factors inhibiting generation of the siphon phenomenon.SOLUTION: A rainwater draining device 10 comprises a base part 11 and a lid part 12. The base part 11 has a bottom face 11a and a dropping port 11b roughly at a center of the bottom face 11a for dropping rainwater. The dropping port 11b is connected to a roof drain 21. The lid part 12 is disposed above the dropping port 11b of the base part 11 with a predetermined space from the bottom face 11a. Assuming a diameter of the lid part 12 facing the dropping port 11b as b and a dimension of the predetermined space G as h, a relational expression (1), 7.5≤b/h≤10.0 (1) is satisfied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】配水管内において効果的にサイフォン現象を発生させるとともに、サイフォン現象の発生を阻害する要因を排除して、効率よく雨水を排水することが可能な雨水排水装置を提供する。【解決手段】雨水排水装置１０は、ベース部１１と、蓋部１２と、を備えている。ベース部１１は、底面１１ａと、底面１１ａの略中心に雨水を落下させる落とし口１１ｂとを有し、落とし口１１ｂがルーフドレン２１に接続される。蓋部１２は、ベース部１１の落とし口１１ｂの上方に、底面１１ａから所定の隙間をあけて配置されている。落とし口１１ｂに対向する蓋部１２の直径ｂ、所定の隙間Ｇの大きさｈとすると、以下の関係式（１）を満たす。７．５≦ｂ／ｈ≦１０．０ ・・・・・（１）【選択図】図４
