The first piping 11 is roughly circular in a cross-sectional view, having an outer diameter a. The second piping 13 is roughly circular in the cross-sectional view, having the outer diameter b smaller than the diameter a. The diameter reduced part 12 connects the first piping 11 to the second piping 13, and reduces the outer diameters from a first diameter to a second diameter.
