REMODELING METHOD OF TWO/MULTI-STAGE PARKING DEVICE, AND PARKING FACILITY REMODELED BY THIS METHOD
To provide a remodeling method of a two/multi-stage parking device which can effectively use a pit by dismantling part of or all of an existing two/multi-stage parking device, which does not require reinforcement of pit side surfaces, and which can prevent breakage of the pit side surfaces even when a horizontal force acts when an earthquake occurs, and to provide a parking facility remodeled by this method.SOLUTION: At least one unit of base parking units 3 of a two/multi-stage parking device is removed and an empty space 4 is formed in a pit. An earthquake-proof mount 12 is installed on a pit bottom surface 1b in the empty space 4 by having a gap from a pit side surface 1a. Also, horizontal displacement of the earthquake-proof mount 12 with respect to the horizontal force is set below the gap with the pit side surface 1a. The earthquake-proof mount 12 has an earthquake-proof cell 13. The earthquake-proof cell 13 has 4 pieces of earthquake-proof pillars 14 having an interval in the width direction and the frontward/backward direction, and rigidity addition devices 16 for reducing the horizontal displacement of the earthquake-proof pillars 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】既設の二・多段式駐車装置の一部又は全部を解体してピットを有効利用することができ、ピット側面の補強が不要であり、地震の際に水平力が作用してもピット側面の破損を防止できる、二・多段式駐車装置の改造方法と、この方法で改造された駐車設備。【解決手段】二・多段式駐車装置の基本駐車ユニット3の少なくとも1基を撤去してピット内に空スペース4を形成し、耐震架台12を、ピット側面1aから隙間を隔てて、空スペース4のピット底面1bに設置する。また、耐震架台12の水平力に対する水平変位をピット側面1aとの隙間未満に設定する。耐震架台12は、耐震セル13を有する。耐震セル13は、幅方向及び前後方向に間隔を隔てた4本の耐震柱14と、耐震柱14の水平変位を低減する剛性付加装置16と、を有する。【選択図】図1
