PARKING STRUCTURE AND REMODELING METHOD FOR PARKING DEVICE
To provide a parking structure allowing people to put in/out objects in a storage space in a pit without stepping in the pit when using an upper surface of a parking surface forming body blocking the pit as a parking space of the car in a parking device.SOLUTION: A paring structure 10 is provided with: a pit forming body 3 forming a pit 3a; a parking surface forming body 5 blocking the pit 3a and having an upper surface 5a on which a car 1 can park; and a storage space forming body 7 attached on the parking surface forming body 5 and forming a storage space 7a below the parking surface forming body 5. An opening 5b is formed in the upper surface 5a of the parking surface forming body 5 and a lid member 9 allowing the opening 5b to open/close the storage space 7a upward is arranged thereon. A bottom surface 7c of the storage space 7a is placed at a higher position than that of a bottom surface 3b of the pit 3a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】駐車装置においてピットを塞ぐ駐車面形成体の上面を自動車の駐車場所として利用する場合に、人が、ピット内に降りることなく、ピットに位置する収納空間に対して物を出し入れすることできるようにすることにある。【解決手段】駐車場構造１０は、ピット３ａを形成するピット形成体３と、ピット３ａを塞ぎ、自動車１が駐車可能な上面５ａを有する駐車面形成体５と、駐車面形成体５に取り付けられ、駐車面形成体５の下方において収納空間７ａを形成する収納空間形成体７とを備える。駐車面形成体５の上面５ａには、収納空間７ａを上方に開放させる開口５ｂが形成され、開口５ｂを開閉可能な蓋部材９が設けられる。収納空間７ａの底面７ｃは、ピット３ａの底面３ｂよりも高い位置にある。【選択図】図３
