ASSEMBLING METHOD OF EXTERIOR WALL PANEL AND BASE FRAME FOR OPENING UNIT
To provide an assembling method of an exterior wall panel capable of reducing the assembling time of an exterior wall panel having an opening unit by assembling an exterior wall panels of multiple exterior wall materials which are connected to each other being vertically aligned by means of base materials at points different from attachment points on a building skeleton to which the exterior wall panel is to be attached, and a base frame for an opening unit.SOLUTION: The assembling method is a method for assembling an opening unit 4 and an exterior wall panel 5 having a base frame 41 for attaching the opening unit 4 by using a base frame 1 for assembling an exterior wall panel, in which multiple exterior wall materials 51 are connected to each other being aligned vertically by means of base materials 52, at points different from attachment points on a building skeleton at which the exterior wall panel 5 is to be attached. The opening unit 4 with the base frame 41, which is previously assembled or simultaneously with the exterior wall panel 5, is assembled in an assembling process of the exterior wall panel 5 using the base frame 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】複数の外壁面材を上下に並べて下地材で連結した外壁パネルを、当該外壁パネルが取り付けられる建物躯体の取付箇所とは異なる場所で組み立てることにおいて、開口設備を備える外壁パネルの製作時間を短縮できる外壁パネルの作製方法および開口設備地組架台を提供する。【解決手段】この作製方法は、複数の外壁面材５１を上下に並べて下地材５２で連結した外壁パネルを当該外壁パネル５が取り付けられる建物躯体の取付箇所とは異なる場所で組み立てるための地組架台１を用いて、開口設備４およびこの開口設備４を取り付ける下地枠４１を有する外壁パネル５を作製する方法であって、上記地組架台１による外壁パネル５の作製過程で、予め或いは当該外壁パネル５の作製と並行して作製しておいた下地枠４１付きの開口設備４を組み込む。【選択図】図４
