EXTERNAL INSULATION METHOD USING STAINLESS STEEL PLATE FOR EXTERIOR WALL WITH NO NEIGHBORING VACANCY
To provide an ALC exterior wall mounting method which allows for a building using ALC even if space between a neighboring house and a new constructed building is narrow, does not need maintenance of exterior walls for a long period, and uses polyhedrally-shaped stainless steel plates, as the exterior wall, to be easily constructed by construction period reduction at an inexpensive price.SOLUTION: The present invention includes the steps of: fixing a drainer pedestal base for external insulation materials, which has cross-sectional shape with mostly ladle-shape and its tip part with T-shape, on an upper surface of building floor slab end; placing polyhedrally-shaped stainless steel decorative steel plates on an upper outdoor side of the drainer pedestal base for external insulation materials; disposing heat insulation panel where a styrene foam panel is sandwiched and bonded by two veneer boards at an indoor side of the stainless steel decorative steel plate; overlapping engagement parts formed at both ends of adjacent stainless steel decorative steel plates in order to fix the stainless steel decorative steel plate and the heat insulation panel to an ALC board material arranged at the indoor side of heat insulation panel; and hooking one end of mostly L-shaped ALC board material fixture made of a stainless steel plate to the engagement part, and fixing the other end thereof to an indoor surface of ALC board material with machine screw.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】隣家と新築建物の間が狭い場合でも、ALCを使った建物を可能とし、さらに長期にわたり外壁のメンテナンスを不用とし、工期短縮により安価で容易に施工できる外壁に多面形状のステンレス鋼板を使ったALC外壁取付工法を提供する。【解決手段】建物の床スラブ端上面に断面形状が概ね柄杓形をして先端部をT字形に形成した外断熱材用水切台座を固定すると共に、外断熱材用水切台座の上部室外側に多面形状に形成したステンレス化粧鋼板を載せ、ステンレス化粧鋼板の室内側に発泡スチロールパネルを2枚のベニヤ板でサンドイッチ状に接着した断熱パネルを配置し、ステンレス化粧鋼板と断熱パネルを断熱パネルの室内側に配置したALC板材に固定するため、隣り合うステンレス化粧鋼板の両端に成形した契合部を重ね合せ、契合部にステンレス鋼板で概ねL形に形成したALC板材固定金具の一端を引っ掛け、他端をALC板材の室内面にビスで固定した。【選択図】図1
