EMERGENCY STOP SYSTEM FOR WORK MACHINE
To verify whether or not an emergency stop terminal of a work machine which travels autonomously has any equipment failure before activation of an autonomous travel system.SOLUTION: An emergency stop system according to the present invention has at lease one of emergency stop terminals 60, 80 and a control machine 40. the control machine has an activation signal receiving unit 445 for receiving an activation signal indicating activation of an autonomous travel system, and a mode determining unit 441 for determining that when an operation of an emergency stop switch is received in a state that the activation signal is not received, it is a test mode. The emergency stop terminal has a stop control signal generating apparatus 63 for generating a stop control signal for driving an emergency stop apparatus mounted on the work machine based on a stop command signal. The stop control signal generating apparatus generates the stop control signal when receiving the stop command signal in the test mode, and returns, to the control machine, that the stop control signal can be generated without transmission to the work machine.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】自律走行する作業機械の非常停止端末の機器障害の有無を自律走行システムの起動前に検証する。【解決手段】少なくとも一つの非常停止端末60,80と統括機40とを備え、統括機は自律走行システムが起動したことを示す起動信号を受信する起動信号受信部445と、起動信号を受信していない状態で非常停止スイッチの操作を受け付けるとテストモードであると決定するモード決定部441とを含み、非常停止端末は停止命令信号に基づいて、作業機械に搭載された非常停止装置を駆動させるための停止制御信号を生成する停止制御信号生成装置63を含み、停止制御信号生成装置は、テストモードでは停止命令信号を受けて停止制御信号を生成し、作業機械に送信することなく停止制御信号が生成できたことを統括機に返信する。【選択図】図4
