To provide a base isolation support device capable of having a good look, reducing an occupied space, presenting a base isolation function for a long time and further appropriately performing base isolation support on an upper structure.SOLUTION: A base isolation support device 1 comprises: upper portion concave spherical elements 2, 3, 4 and 5; lower portion concave spherical elements 6, 7, 8 and 9 which face the upper portion concave spherical elements 2, 3, 4 and 5 in a vertical direction A; and sliders 10, 11, 12 and 13 which are disposed between the upper portion concave spherical element 2 and the lower portion concave spherical element 6, between the upper portion concave spherical element 3 and the lower portion concave spherical element 7, between the upper portion concave spherical element 4 and the lower portion concave spherical element 8, and between the upper portion concave spherical element 5 and the lower portion concave spherical element 9, each of the upper portion concave spherical elements and each of the lower portion concave spherical elements facing each other in the vertical direction A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
