FILLING METHOD FOR CERAMIC-BASED INORGANIC BASE MATERIAL, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING CERAMIC-BASED INORGANIC BASE MATERIAL DECORATIVE LAMINATE
To provide a filling method that makes it possible to obtain a flat plane with respect to surface recesses of a ceramic-based inorganic base material, and secures excellent adhesion to a top coating agent, and a method for producing a ceramic-based inorganic base material decorative laminate using the same.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a filling method for a ceramic-based inorganic base material using two kinds of filling resin compositions with different viscosities, where, a first composition, which contains epoxy acrylate (A), polyfunctional (meth) acrylate monomer (B), photopolymerization initiator (C), and filler (D), and has a viscosity of 35-180 Pa s, is applied, and on top of it, a second composition, which contains the same components as the first composition, and has a viscosity of 5-30 Pa s, is applied. There is also provided a method for producing a ceramic-based inorganic base material decorative laminate using the same.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】窯業系無機基材の表面凹部分に対して、フラットな平面が得られる、上塗り塗装剤との密着性が良好な目止め方法であり、およびそれを用いた窯業系無機基材化粧板の製造方法を得る。【解決手段】エポキシアクリレート(A)と、多官能(メタ)アクリレートモノマー(B)と、光重合開始剤(C)と、充填剤(D)とを含有する組成物で、粘度が35〜180Pa・sの第1の組成物を塗布した上に、粘度が5〜30Pa・sの第2の組成物を塗布する、粘度の異なる2種類の目止め用樹脂組成物を用いた窯業系無機基材の目止め方法、およびそれを用いた窯業系無機基材化粧板の製造方法である。【選択図】なし
