CUTTING DEVICE FOR TATAMI FLOOR
To provide a cutting device for a tatami floor in which a cutting blade for a cutting device for a tatami floor, especially, a vertical cutting blade on an upstream side of a movement mechanism is not worn and broken, which does not require many times of replacement of the vertical cutting blade on the upstream side with new one, and many times of sharpening of a blade, which does not require complicated work and reduces cost.SOLUTION: A cutting device for a tatami floor comprises: a vertical cutting blade 14 which is arranged on an upstream side in a cutting direction on a frame 102 side of a tatami floor 100, and cutting an upper side of the tatami floor 100 by a vertical surface 108 in a vertical direction in a cross sectional view; and an inclined cutting blade 16 which is arranged on a downstream side of the vertical cutting blade 14 in the cutting direction on the frame 102 side of the tatami floor 100, and cutting a lower side of the tatami floor 100 by an inclined surface 112 which is inclined inward, in a cross sectional view, in which the vertical cutting blade 14 and the inclined cutting blade 16 are formed of a chip saw.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】畳床の裁断装置の裁断刃、特に、移動機構の上流側にある垂直裁断刃が摩耗損傷することがなく、頻繁に上流側にある垂直裁断刃を新しいものと交換したり、刃を研ぎ直す頻度が少なく、煩雑な作業が不要でコストも低減できる畳床の裁断装置を提供する。【解決手段】畳床１００の框１０２側の裁断方向において、上流側に配置され、畳床１００を断面視で、上方を鉛直方向に垂直面１０８で裁断する垂直裁断刃１４と、畳床１００の框１０２側の裁断方向において、垂直裁断刃１４の下流側に配置され、畳床１００を断面視で、下方を内側に傾斜した傾斜面１１２で裁断する傾斜裁断刃１６とを備え、垂直裁断刃１４と傾斜裁断刃１６とが、チップソーから構成されている。【選択図】図４
