To provide a cutting device of a tatami floor in which a cutting blade for the cutting device of a tatami floor, especially, a vertical cutting blade on an upstream side of a movement mechanism is not worn and broken, which does not require many times of replacement of a vertical cutting blade on a downstream side with new one, and many times of sharpening, which does not require complicated work and which can reduce cost.SOLUTION: A cutting device of a tatami floor comprises: an inclined cutting blade 16 which is arranged on an upstream side in a cutting direction A on a frame 102 side of a tatami floor 100, and cutting the tatami floor 100 by an inclined surface 112 inclined inward, in a cross sectional view; and a vertical cutting blade 14 which is arranged on a downstream side of the inclined cutting blade 16 in the cutting direction A of the frame 102 side of the tatami floor 100, and cutting an upper side of the tatami floor 100 by a vertical surface 108 in a vertical direction in a cross sectional view, after inclination cutting by the inclined cutting blade 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】畳床の裁断装置の裁断刃、特に、移動機構の上流側にある垂直裁断刃が摩耗損傷することがなく、頻繁に下流側にある垂直裁断刃を新しいものと交換したり、刃を研ぎ直す頻度が少なく、煩雑な作業が不要でコストも低減できる畳床の裁断装置を提供する。【解決手段】畳床１００の框１０２側の裁断方向Ａにおいて、上流側に配置され、畳床１００を断面視で、内側に傾斜した傾斜面１１２で裁断する傾斜裁断刃１６と、畳床１００の框１０２側の裁断方向Ａにおいて、傾斜裁断刃１６の下流側に配置され、傾斜裁断刃１６による傾斜裁断の後、畳床１００を断面視で、上方を鉛直方向に垂直面１０８で裁断する垂直裁断刃１４とを備えている。【選択図】図１
