METHOD FOR ASSEMBLING WALL PANELS
To allow a force of attracting each other at side ends to be applied in two wall panels to be connected with each other so as to eliminate or minimize the need for a molding and to improve cut-off performance and assembling strength.SOLUTION: In a method for assembling wall panels, a first wall panel 1 and a second wall panel 2 in a corner part are temporarily installed on a floor 6 of a bathroom unit, a third wall panel 3 adjacent to the second wall panel 2 is temporarily installed, and neighboring wall panels are brought close to each other by a contact member installed over back faces of neighboring wall panels so as to be abutted and connected with each other. In the method, a connecting material with a projection part and a connecting material with a groove part to which the projection part is fitted are used as the contact member, at least a part of the groove part is inclined, and the projection part is fitted to the groove part so as to bring wall panels into contact with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】互いに連結される二枚の壁パネルを、その側端部において互いに寄せ合う力を作用させてモールを不要または最小限となるように、止水性や組み付け強度の向上を図る。【解決手段】コーナー部の第１の壁パネル１と第２の壁パネル２を浴室ユニットの床６の上に仮設置し、さらに第２の壁パネル２に隣接する第３の壁パネル３を仮設置し、隣接された壁パネル同士を、隣接された壁パネルの背面に渡って設けられる当接部材にて近づけて当接させて連結する組立方法において、当接部材として突起部を備えた突起付き連結材と突起部が嵌合される溝部を備えた溝部付き連結材を使用し、溝部は少なくとも一部が傾斜して設けられて、構部に突起部が嵌合することで壁パネル同士を当接する。【選択図】図１
