ASSEMBLING WALL PANELS STRUCTURE
The present invention relates to a self-assembly wall body panel structure capable of preventing external foreign matters, such as moisture, from penetrating into a core of the wall body panel through a gap of connected portions after the self-assembly wall body panels are assembled. The self-assembly wall body panel structure comprises: a wall body panel having a first combining part and a second combining part, wherein the first combining part has a core, which is a thermal insulation material and is charged between an outer plate and an inner plate made of metal, and a first inscribed face and a right-angled face formed to correspond with each other at right and left sides, and the second combining part has an inclined face and a second inscribed face to form a receiving space for receiving a head part of a fastening member, which restricts an urethane material charged in edges of the outer plate and the inner plate; and a sealing member of which one side is attached to the first inscribed face of the first combining part, wherein a plurality of blades are formed on the other side of the sealing member. The sealing member includes: an adhesive plate; a first blade protruding to one side edge of an upper surface of the adhesive plate; a second blade arranged adjacent to the first blade on the upper surface of the adhesive plate to support the first blade, wherein an end portion comes in contact with the second inscribed face when the first and second combining parts are combined with each other; a third blade of which an end portion comes in contact with the second inscribed face when the first and second combining parts are combined with each other; a fourth blade of which an end portion comes in contact with the inclined face when the first and second combining parts are combined with each other; and a fifth blade of which an end portion comes in contact with the inclined face when the first and second combining parts are combined with each other.
본 발명은 조립식 벽체 패널들이 조립된 후에 연결부위의 틈새를 통해 외부의 수분이나 습기 등의 이물질이 벽체 패널의 심재 내부로 침투되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 연결부위 내측면에 복수의 블레이드를 갖는 씰링재를 부착시키고, 벽체 패널의 절단면에 코팅제를 도포시켜 이물질의 차단성능을 향상시키도록 그 구조가 개선된 조립식 벽체 패널 구조체에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 금속 소재의 외판과 내판 사이에 단열소재인 심재가 충진되고, 좌,우 양측에 서로 대응되도록 제1내접면과 직각면이 형성된 제1결합부와, 상기 외판과 내판의 테두리 내부에 충진된 우레탄소재를 단속하는 체결부재의 헤드부가 수용되는 수용공간을 형성하도록 경사면과 제2내접면이 형성된 제2결합부를 갖는 벽체 패널과; 일측이 상기 제1결합부의 제1내접면에 부착되고, 타측에 복수의 블레이드가 형성된 씰링재;를 포함하고, 상기 씰링재는 상기 제1내접면에 접착제로 접착되는 접착판과, 상기 접착판의 상면 일측 테두리에 돌출되어 상기 직각면에 밀착되는 제1블레이드와, 상기 접착판의 상면에 상기 제1블레이드와 근접되게 배치되어 상기 제1블레이드를 지지하고 상기 제1,2결합부의 결합시 단부가 상기 제2내접면에 접촉되는 제2블레이드와, 상기 체결부재의 헤드부를 기준으로 상기 제2블레이드로부터 이격된 우측의 접착판 상면에 돌출되고 상기 제1,2결합부의 결합시 단부가 상기 제2내접면에 접촉되는 제3블레이드와, 상기 제3블레이드에 대해 우측으로 이격된 위치의 접착판 상면에 돌출되고 상기 제1,2결합부의 결합시 단부가 상기 경사면에 접촉되는 제4블레이드 및 상기 제4블레이드에 대해 우측으로 이격된 위치의 접착판 상면에 돌출되고 상기 제1,2결합부의 결합시 단부가 상기 경사면에 접촉되는 제5블레이드로 구성된 것이다.
