To obtain a ceramic member which is compatible with both small warpage and high denseness.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a ceramic member includes a forming step of preparing a plate-like ceramic molded body in which a conductive material layer is disposed, a sintering step of preparing a plate-shaped ceramic fired body by sintering a ceramic compact at atmospheric pressure, an HIP step of preparing a ceramic dense body by performing HIP on the ceramic fired body after the sintering step, and a warp correction step of preparing a ceramic member by heating the ceramic dense body while applying a load to the ceramic dense body after the HIP step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

【課題】反りの小ささと緻密性の高さとを両立させたセラミックス部材を得る。【解決手段】セラミックス部材の製造方法は、導電性材料層が内部に配置された板状のセラミックス成形体を作製する成形工程と、セラミックス成形体を常圧焼成することによって板状のセラミックス焼成体を作製する焼成工程と、焼成工程の後に、セラミックス焼成体に対してＨＩＰを行うことによってセラミックス緻密体を作製するＨＩＰ工程と、ＨＩＰ工程の後に、セラミックス緻密体に対して荷重を加えつつセラミックス緻密体を加熱することによってセラミックス部材を作製する反り修正工程と、を備える。【選択図】図３
