【課題】表面における色調差又は色むらの抑制を図ることが可能なセラミックス部材の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】セラミックス原料粉末を冷間等方圧加圧法を用いて成形することにより厚さ２ｍｍ以上６ｍｍ以下の板状の複数のセラミックス成形体１０を作製する工程と、セラミックス成形体又はセラミックス成形体を仮焼したセラミックス仮焼体からなるセラミックス成形体等１０を複数枚積層した状態で、積層方向に加圧しながら加熱してセラミックス焼結体５０を形成する工程とを備える。【選択図】図３
