To provide a patching refractory capable of shortening of a construction period associated with the use of an unshaped refractory applied to the lining of a waste treatment furnace or a coal gasification furnace.SOLUTION: A patching refractory of this invention is a chrome-free patching refractory applied to the lining of a waste treatment furnace or a coal gasification furnace. This patching refractory contains 80 mass% or more and 95 mass% or less of an alumina raw material, and 3 mass% or more and 10 mass% or less of a zirconia raw material having a particle size of less than 75 μm, respectively as refractory raw material, based on 100 mass% of the refractory raw materials, and further the patching refractory contains 2 mass% or more and 8 mass% or less of aluminium phosphate as a binder, in outer percentage based on the refractory raw material.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】廃棄物処理炉又は石炭ガス化炉の内張りに適用される不定形耐火物において、施工期間を短縮する。【解決手段】廃棄物処理炉又は石炭ガス化炉の内張りに適用されるクロムフリーのパッチング耐火物である。このパッチング耐火物は、耐火原料として当該耐火原料１００質量％中に、アルミナ質原料を８０質量％以上９５質量％以下、粒径７５μｍ未満のジルコニア質原料を３質量％以上１０質量％以下、それぞれ含み、さらに、前記耐火原料に対して外掛けで結合剤としてリン酸アルミニウムを２質量％以上８質量％以下含む。【選択図】なし
