[Problem] To reduce the construction period associated with the use of an unshaped refractory applied to the lining of a waste treatment furnace or a coal gasification furnace. [Solution] Provided is a chromium-free patching refractory which is applied to the lining of a waste treatment furnace or a coal gasification furnace. This patching refractory contains refractory raw materials including 80-95 mass% of an alumina raw material and 3-10 mass% of a zirconia raw material having a particle size of less than 75 μm with respect to 100 mass% of the refractory raw materials. The patching refractory additionally contains 2-8 mass% of aluminum phosphate as a binder with respect to the refractory raw materials.
Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de réduire la période de construction associée à l'utilisation d'un matériau réfractaire non façonné appliqué au revêtement d'un four de traitement de déchets ou d'un four de gazéification de charbon. La solution selon l'invention porte sur un matériau réfractaire de réparation sans chrome qui est appliqué sur le revêtement d'un four de traitement de déchets ou d'un four de gazéification de charbon. Ce matériau réfractaire de réparation contient des matières premières réfractaires comprenant 80 à 95 % en masse d'une matière première contenant de l'alumine et 3 à 10 % en masse d'une matière première contenant du zircone ayant une taille de particule inférieure à 75 µm par rapport à 100 % en masse des matières premières réfractaires. Le matériau réfractaire de réparation contient en outre 2 à 8 % en masse de phosphate d'aluminium en tant que liant par rapport aux matières premières réfractaires.
【課題】廃棄物処理炉又は石炭ガス化炉の内張りに適用される不定形耐火物において、施工期間を短縮する。 【解決手段】廃棄物処理炉又は石炭ガス化炉の内張りに適用されるクロムフリーのパッチング耐火物である。このパッチング耐火物は、耐火原料として当該耐火原料１００質量％中に、アルミナ質原料を８０質量％以上９５質量％以下、粒径７５μｍ未満のジルコニア質原料を３質量％以上１０質量％以下、それぞれ含み、さらに、前記耐火原料に対して外掛けで結合剤としてリン酸アルミニウムを２質量％以上８質量％以下含む。
