SKELETON BUCKET
To provide a skeleton bucket which can reduce the number of welding steps and repair cost, in a manner that only the part which is severely abraded and requires repair can be replaced.SOLUTION: A bottom portion of a bucket body 2 is divided into a plurality of sections by a muntin 4 and a cross rail 5. A plate-shaped frame body 7 having many grids 8 is welded and fixed to each divided section so that it can be replaced. At least one cutout 17 as piercing in fusion cutting is formed in an outer peripheral side face of the plate-shaped frame body 7. A side plate portion 9 of the bucket body 2 is divided into a first side plate 9a at a side edge 10 side and a second side plate 9b at the bottom portion side, the second side plate 9b at the bottom portion side is divided into a plurality of portions in a longitudinal direction, and the divided second side plates 9b-1,9b-2,9b-3 are formed of an abrasion resistant component.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】摩耗が激しく修理が必要な部分だけを取り換え可能にして溶接工数を減らし修理コストを低減できるようにしたスケルトンバケットを提供する。【解決手段】バケット本体2の底部を縦桟4及び横桟5により複数区画に分割し、該分割した各区画に多数の桝目8を有する板状の枠体7を交換可能に溶接固定する。板状の枠体7の外周側面に溶断の際の火通しとなる切欠き17を少なくとも1箇所形成する。バケット本体2の側板部9をサイドエッジ10側の第1側板9aと底部側の第2側板9bとに分け、底部側の第2側板9bを長手方向に複数に分割し、該複数に分割した第2側板9b−1,9b−2,9b−3を耐摩耗性の部材により形成する。【選択図】図1
