MOUNTING COMPONENT, CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF, AND EXTERIOR STRUCTURE USING MOUNTING COMPONENT
To provide a mounting component that is hardly displaced when fastening a fastener and can be simply and quickly mounted to a structural material without welding, a construction method thereof, and an exterior structure using the mounting component.SOLUTION: A mounting component of the present invention comprises a frame 2 that is used for laying a jacket material 6 to a structural material 5 made of die steel, a metal fitting 3, and a fastener 4 coupling both of the component 2, 3. The frame 2 is located at the outside of the structural material 5 in an assembled state, and is equipped with a rotation prevention part 23x to the structural material 5 and a storage part 24x that can insert and fit the metal fitting 3 when fastening the fastener 4. The metal fitting 3 is located at the inside of the structural material 5 in an assembled state, and is equipped with a stored part 32x inserted and fitted to the storage part 24x of the frame 2 when fastening the fastener 4 and an extension part 33x that extends to the inside of the stored part 32x and presses a lip 521 provided at the tip of a flange 52 of the structural material 5 from inside by fastening the fastener 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】締着具の締め込みに際してズレが生じ難く、溶接を行うこと無く、構造材に簡易かつ迅速に取り付けることができる取付部材、その施工方法、及び取付部材を用いた外装構造を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の取付部材は、型鋼からなる構造材5に外装材6を敷設するために用いるフレーム2と金具3と両部材2,3を連結する締着具4とからなり、フレーム2は、組付状態において構造材5の外側に配置され、構造材5への回転防止部23xと、締着具4を締めた際に金具3を挿嵌可能な収容部24xと、を備え、金具3は、組付状態において構造材5の内側に配置され、締着具4を締めた際にフレーム2の収容部24xに挿嵌される被収容部32xと、該被収容部32xの内側に延在して構造材5のフランジ52の先端に設けられたリップ521を、締着具4の締め付けで内側から圧接する延在部33xと、を備えることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
