To provide a grouting chemical composition for rock mass solidification having no adverse effect on flowing water while securing stable reactivity without being affected by moisture even under environment having a large volume of leakage or sump water, and securing expandability for suppressing leakage during chemical injection or tunnel excavation.SOLUTION: There is provided a grouting chemical composition for rock mass solidification consisting of a polyol component and a polyisocyanate component, in which the polyol component contains a sodium silicate solution, a diol compound having water octanol distribution coefficient of -2.0 to 1.0 and molecular weight of 200 or less, and at least one primary hydroxyl group, and a tertiary amine catalyst having one active hydrogen, and the polyisocyanate component contains a reaction product of a mixture of MDI and polymeric MDI, and polyol.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】漏水や湧水が多い環境下においても水分に影響されることなく、安定した反応性を確保しつつ、流水への悪影響を及ぼさず、薬液注入時やトンネル掘削時における漏水抑制のために発泡性を確保した岩盤固結用注入薬液組成物の提供。【解決手段】ポリオール成分と、ポリイソシアネート成分とからなる岩盤固結用注入薬液組成物であって、ポリオール成分が、珪酸ナトリウム水溶液、水・オクタノール分配係数が−2.0〜1.0で、分子量が200以下であり、且つ少なくとも一つの一級水酸基を有するジオール化合物、及び活性水素を1つ有する3級アミン触媒を含み、ポリイソシアネート成分が、MDI及びポリメリックMDIの混合物と、ポリオールとの反応生成物を含む岩盤固結用注入薬液組成物。【選択図】なし
