GROUTING CHEMICAL COMPOSITION FOR BEDROCK SOLIDIFICATION
To provide a grouting chemical composition for bedrock solidification, which, due to improved handleability at low temperature, securement of excellent resin flowability during foaming, and improvement in foamability, can secure an excellent soil improvement property through sufficient void filling performance and provide stable workability and reactivity even under an environment of a lot of water leakage and spring water.SOLUTION: Provided is a grouting chemical composition for bedrock solidification, comprising a polyol component (A) and a polyisocyanate component (B). The polyol component (A) comprises an aqueous solution of sodium silicate (A-1), a specific polyether polyol (A-2), and a specific tertiary amine catalyst (A-3). The polyisocyanate component (B) comprises a mixture (B-1) of MDI and polymeric MDI and a reaction product of a specific polyether polyol (B-2) and (B-1). Further, MDI and polymeric MDI in (B-1) have a specific mass ratio and isomers of MDI have a specific mass ratio.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】低温時のハンドリング性を向上し、発泡時の樹脂流動性確保、及び発泡性の向上により、十分な空隙充填性による優れた地盤改良性の確保と漏水や湧水が多い環境下においても安定した作業性及び反応性が得られる、岩盤固結用注入薬液組成物を提供すること。【解決手段】ポリオール成分(A)とポリイソシアネート成分(B)とからなる岩盤固結用注入薬液組成物であって、ポリオール成分(A)が、珪酸ナトリウム水溶液(A-1)と、特定のポリエーテルポリオール(A-2)と、特定の3級アミン触媒(A-3)とを含み、ポリイソシアネート成分(B)が、MDIとポリメリックMDIとの混合物(B-1)、及び特定のポリエーテルポリオール(B-2)と(B-1)との反応生成物を含み、さらに(B-1)のMDIとポリメリックMDIとが特定の質量比を有し、MDIの異性体が特定の質量比率であることを特徴とする岩盤固結用注入薬液組成物。【選択図】なし
