CABLE RUPTURE PREVENTION STRUCTURE FOR BRIDGE FALL PREVENTION DEVICE
To provide a cable rupture prevention structure for a bridge fall prevention device capable of preventing a PC cable from being ruptured in disaster situations such as earthquake even if a large force is exerted in the direction different from the direction of installing the PC cable.SOLUTION: In order to prevent a bridge girder from falling from a support skeleton supporting a bridge girder, a cable rupture prevention structure is used for a bridge fall prevention device which connects adjacent bridge girders, or the bridge girder and a bridge abutment or a bridge pier, via a PC cable 102, and strings the PC cable 102 by inserting the cable through a through hole 106 provided in a cross-girder 100a of the bridge girder or a diaphragm, the structure composed of a reinforcement member 1 interposed between the through hole 106 and the PC cable 102. The reinforcement member 1 is composed of a buffer member 2 provided so as to cover the whole circumference of an inner peripheral surface of the through hole 106, and a protective member 3 provided over the whole circumference between the buffer member 2 and the PC cable 102 and formed of a material harder than the buffer member 2 (FRP or steel material).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】地震等の災害時において、PCケーブルの設置方向と異なる方向に大きな力が作用した場合でも、PCケーブルが破断することを防止できる落橋防止装置のケーブル破断防止構造を提供する。【解決手段】ケーブル破断防止構造は、橋桁を支持する支持躯体から橋桁が落下することを防止するために、隣接する橋桁同志、又は、橋桁と橋台若しくは橋脚とをPCケーブル102を介して接続し、このPCケーブル102を、橋桁の横桁100aやダイヤフラムに設けられた通孔106を挿通させて張設する落橋防止装置に用いられるもので、通孔106とPCケーブル102との間に介在された補強用部材1によって構成し、この補強用部材1を、通孔106内周面の全周を覆うように設けられた緩衝部材2と、緩衝部材2とPCケーブル102との間に全周に亘って設けられ、前記緩衝部材2よりも硬質の素材(FRP又は鋼材)で形成された保護部材3と、によって構成する。【選択図】 図2
