JOINT STRUCTURE OF STEEL PIPE FOR INSTALLATION, AND CONNECTION METHOD OF STEEL PIPE FOR INSTALLATION
To provide a joint structure of a steel pipe for installation which dispenses with welding at the site, can be constructed with a simple work because of being reduced in the number of necessary parts, and facilitates management of the parts, and a connection method of a steel pipe for installation.SOLUTION: There is provided a joint structure of a steel pipe for installation where a first joint 3 mounted on a steel pipe 2 for first installation and a second joint 5 mounted on a steel pipe 4 for second installation are connected to each other. Screw threads 31 and 51 are provided on the outer periphery of the first joint 3 and the second joint 5, the screw threads 31 and 51 are positioned on the same spiral in a state in which a first joint fitting part 32 of the first joint 3 and a second joint fitting part 52 of the second joint 5 are fitted to each other, and the steel pipe 2 for first installation and the steel pipe 4 for second installation are connected to each other by being screwed with a sheath tube 6 in a form such as to straddle the outer periphery of the fitted first joint 3 and second joint 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】現場での溶接を必要とせず、必要な部品点数が少ないため、簡易な作業で施工することができ、部品の管理も容易な打設用鋼管の継手構造及び打設用鋼管の接続方法を提供する。【解決手段】第1打設用鋼管2に取り付けられた第1継手3と、第2打設用鋼管4に取り付けられた第2継手5とが連結される打設用鋼管の継手構造。第1継手3及び第2継手5の外周にはねじ山31、51が設けられ、第1継手3の第1継手嵌合部32と第2継手5の継手嵌合部52が嵌合した状態において、ねじ山31、51は同一の螺旋上に位置するように位置決めされ、嵌合させた第1継手3及び第2継手5の外周にまたがる態様で外套管6が螺合されて第1打設用鋼管2、第2打設用鋼管4が連結される。【選択図】図2
