BRACE LOWER RAIL CONNECTION BRACKET
To provide a brace lower rail connection bracket in which an existing brace member and lower rail member can be used as they are and the connection between the brace member and the lower rail member can be carried out with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A brace lower rail connection bracket 10 for connecting a lower rail member 13 and a bracing member 12 attached between adjacent vertical pipes 15 and 16 of a temporary scaffold 11 comprises: a connecting member 18 in which an elongated guide hole 21 is formed; brace attachment means 19 having a first curved portion 22 which can come in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the bracing member 12, and being detachably attachable to the bracing member 12; and lower rail attachment means 20 having a second curved portion 24 which can come in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the lower rail member 13, and being detachably attachable to the lower rail member 13. A slide pin 34, which is inserted into the guide hole 21 is fixed to side walls 33 of the first and second curved portions 22 and 24, respectively, and the brace attachment means 19 and the lower rail attachment means 20 are pivotable and movable relative to the connecting member 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】既存の筋交い部材と下桟部材をそのまま使用でき、この筋交い部材と下桟部材との連結を簡単な構成で作業性よく実施可能な筋交い下桟連結金具を提供する。【解決手段】仮設足場１１の隣り合う垂直パイプ１５、１６間に取り付けられた、筋交い部材１２と下桟部材１３とを連結する筋交い下桟連結金具１０であり、細長のガイド孔２１が形成された連結部材１８と、筋交い部材１２の外周面に当接可能な第１の湾曲部２２を備え、筋交い部材１２に着脱可能な筋交い用取り付け手段１９と、下桟部材１３の外周面に当接可能な第２の湾曲部２４を備え、下桟部材１３に着脱可能な下桟用取り付け手段２０とを有し、第１、第２の湾曲部２２、２４の側壁３３にはそれぞれ、ガイド孔２１に挿通されたスライドピン３４が取り付け固定され、筋交い用取り付け手段１９と下桟用取り付け手段２０を、連結部材１８に対して回動可能かつ移動可能にした。【選択図】図１
