To provide a fender device which can be carried by a vehicle and which can be easily installed and removed.SOLUTION: A fender device 10 comprises a structure 20 and a buffer member 40 fixed to the structure 20, the structure 20 comprises at least a first structure 21 and a second structure 22. The mutually opposing side portions 21A and 22A of the first structure 21 and the second structure 22 are pivotably connected by a hinge portion 32, and the buffer members 40 are fixed to the other side portion 21B opposite to the one side portion 21A of the first structure 21 and the other side portion 22B opposite to the one side portion 22A of the second structure 22 respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
