MANUFACTURING METHOD OF METALLIC ROOF MATERIAL
To provide a manufacturing method of a metallic roof material which can manufacture a metallic roof material provided with a clear emboss pattern while avoiding usage of a large-sized press working machine.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a metallic roof material comprises: a surface substrate formed of a metal plate material and including a main body portion formed in a box shape; a back substrate disposed at a rear side of the surface substrate so as to close an opening of the main body portion; and a core material filled between the main body portion and the back substrate. The method includes a step of providing a surface of the metal plate with an emboss pattern 6 using a press working machine. The emboss pattern includes a small pattern region 6b and a large pattern region 6a in which change frequency of unevenness is smaller than that in the small pattern region 6b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
