METALLIC ROOF MATERIAL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
To provide a metallic roof material capable of reducing a deflection of a front substrate while reducing a deterioration in a design of the metallic roof material, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A metallic roof material according to the invention is arranged to be disposed on a roof substrate so that a width direction extends in an eaves direction of the roof and a depth direction extends in an eaves ridge direction of the roof, and to be disposed overlapped with the metallic roof material of the eaves side relative to the eaves ridge direction of the roof. The metallic roof material comprises a front substrate having a metallic plate as a material, a top plate arranged on the front substrate, and a plurality of projecting parts 7 formed on the top plate and extending parallel each other in a linear shape along the depth direction. The plurality of projecting parts 7 comprise at least 2 types of projecting parts 71, 72, and a magnitude of residual stress remaining at a flexure shoulder part of at least 1 type of the projecting part 71 is different from a magnitude of residual stress remaining at a flexure shoulder part of other type of the projecting part 72.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
