WHOLE BUILDING AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM
To provide a whole building air conditioning system which includes both an air conditioning function and a ventilation function, which can be easily adopted to a building based on a conventional design method, which has good workability and which can alleviate a load on an air conditioner.SOLUTION: A whole building air conditioning system 100 includes: air conditioners 10, 20 arranged at lower part ceilings 11c, 12c of common portions 11, 12 of a building H1; a ventilation device 30 arranged in an underfloor space 13; a blowout port 14 for supplying air conditioning air from the air conditioners 10, 20 to a room R11 and the like; and an exhaust port 15 provided on a first-floor floor surfaces F1, F11 for exhausting the air in the building H1 via the underfloor space 13. The ventilation device 30 has a function of exhausting the air in the underfloor space 13 sucked by a duct 16 to the outside of the building H1 via a duct 17, and of delivering the air outside of the building H1 sucked by a duct 18 to the air conditioners 10, 20 via air supply ducts 19a, 19b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】空調機能並びに換気機能の両方を備え、従来の設計方法に基づく建物への採用が容易であり、施工性が良好であり、空調機への負担を軽減することができる、全館空調システムを提供する。【解決手段】全館空調システム100は、建物H1の共用部分11,12の下部天井11c,12cに配置された空調機10,20と、床下空間13に配置された換気装置30と、空調機10,20からの空調空気を部屋R11などに供給する吹出口14と、床下空間13を経由して建物H1内の空気を排出するため1階の床面F1,F11に設けられた排気口15とを備えている。換気装置30は、ダクト16で吸い込んだ床下空間13内の空気をダクト17を経て建物H1外へ排出し、ダクト18で吸い込んだ建物H1外の空気を給気ダクト19a,19bを経て空調機10,20へ送給する機能と、を有している。【選択図】図1
