To provide a construction material capable of increasing usability, and a form for placing concrete.SOLUTION: A single cylinder 40 comprises a body 41. The body 41 comprises an intermediate layer 42, and at least one of an inner layer 43 that covers at least a part of an inner surface of the intermediate layer 42 and an outer layer 44 that covers at least a part of an outer surface of the intermediate layer 42. The intermediate layer 42 includes a carbon fiber. The inner layer 43 and the outer layer 44 include a basalt fiber or high melting polyester. The intermediate layer 42 includes 80 wt.% of the carbon fiber relative to a total weight of the body 41. The inner layer 43 includes 15 wt.% of the basalt fiber relative to the total weight of the body 41. The outer layer 44 includes 5 wt.% of the high melting polyester relative to the total weight of the body 41.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
