To provide an authentication management system capable of easily managing authentication information for users who unlock a storage device shared by users such as residents and a storage device dedicated for users and authentication information for delivery companies who deliver and warehouse articles in the storage device in facilities such as collective housing.SOLUTION: An authentication management system comprises: a shared storage device 10 installed in a shared part and the like of collective housing and collectively used by a plurality of residents; a dedicated storage device 20 installed in each of exclusive parts of the collective housing and dedicated for residents of each dwelling unit; a management server 30 managing authentication information for unlocking the shared storage device 10 and the dedicated storage device 20; a user terminal 40, which is the information processing device operated by a user; a provider terminal 50, which is the information processing device operated by a delivery company; a manager terminal 60, which is the information processing device operated by a manager managing the authentication management system; and an authentication medium storing the authentication information used to unlock the shared storage device 10 and the dedicated storage device 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
