To provide a technique improving security of authentication.SOLUTION: An authentication unit 250 executes first authentication processing. A communication unit 220 communicates with another authentication system executing second authentication processing different from the first authentication processing. The communication unit 220 dose not use first identification information used in the authentication system and second identification information used in the other authentication system in communication, and uses common identification information that is different from the first identification information and the second identification information and is associated with the first identification information and the second identification information in communication.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
